Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Reykjavik, Iceland. She is also a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is the co-owner. Annie is the only female ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. She came in second place at both the 2010. CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter and also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete and celebrity TV personality. She is popular for being the first woman to win at the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 as well as 2012. Also, she was credited with winning both the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was born and brought up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. From the age of a child, she's been a competitive athlete and fitness fanatic. In 2009, she competed in CrossFit competitions in California. The first performances were impressive. Annie Thorisdottir's ages are 31 years old (as as of 2021). She's 5'7 tall and weighs in the neighborhood of 67 kg. Annie began her CrossFit adventure in California in 2009. She had a good performance in her initial games. She placed within the top 10 of a field of 70. She was not able to earn any titles, and finished 11th in the final rankings. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. That same year, with Jami's guidance, she took home the silver medal in the CrossFit Games. In the following year she took part with Jami Tikkanen in CrossFit Games and won them because of her dominating performances. She became the first woman to be the winner of CrossFit Games. Annie also won her place in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her impressive performance. She was the first female athlete to be crowned the winner of two CrossFit Games at once. In addition, in 2014 she took home a silver award and recently in 2021 won a bronze medal in CrossFit Games. Presently, Annie works as a trainer and coach for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie's growing fame as an athlete has led her to become the face of many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. The self-titled Youtube page has over 1,000 followers, and she has posted the videos of her family and trips along with training and diet plans.
